Our aim is to make your shopping experience simple and enjoyable, and to help you find the perfect equipment for you.
Shipping
Delivery costs depend on the products purchased, their quantities and the country of shipment. The amount of these costs will be indicated to you at the time of the basket. For purchases over €75, shipping is free.
We ship your order within 48 hours (except during school vacations and public holidays, when order processing may take longer).
If you’ve placed an order and you’re having trouble getting it delivered (particularly with La Poste), contact us at contact@suzon-suzette.fr. We’ll be happy to help.
For logistical reasons, we do not deliver by hand in Lyon and the surrounding area.
We ship our orders in France and abroad. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase, in the “shopping cart”.

Exchanges and returns
Don’t panic, you have 14 days to change your mind once you’ve received your order!
All you have to do is return your product, in the condition in which you bought it and with label, specifying the order number and the desired shape & color, to our company’s head office address: SUZON & SUZETTE – 1 Avenue Charles André – 69230 SAINT-GENIS-LAVAL.
We will proceed with the exchange once the product has been received. We will not be able to exchange damaged, soiled or incomplete products.
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery of your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (labels, packaging), specifying the order number, to the following address: SUZON & SUZETTE – 1 Avenue Charles André – 69230 SAINT-GENIS-LAVAL.
In the event of a defective product (we check the quality of each of our products, but mistakes can sometimes happen!), please contact us by e-mail at contact@suzon-suzette.fr.
In the event of a defect, we will exchange your product.

Each partner store is free to choose the SUZON & SUZETTE products and colors it wishes to sell. If you are interested in a particular product, please contact them directly to check availability.
Products located in our partner stores are independent of our website. If you have purchased a product from our website, our partner stores will not be able to exchange, refund or credit you.
